Shortlists are written by people who already know your name.

Fit-outs, schools, healthcare, plant replacement, framework call-offs and main contractor packages. Project managers, quantity surveyors, facilities managers and procurement teams award M&E work, and they shortlist firms they have seen deliver. We put your projects in front of them and make sure no tender slips past. We work with established M&E contractors across Surrey, London and the South East.

Where the work slips away.

The tender seen too late

Public work goes up on Find a Tender and on council, NHS and housing association portals. Private packages arrive by email from main contractors. Miss a morning and you can miss the return date.

Great projects nobody saw

A plant room handed over on programme is the best sales document you have, and it usually ends up in someone’s camera roll. The QS deciding your next job never sees it.

A website that says nothing

Buyers look at your site before they shortlist you. A stock photo of a hard hat and no projects tells them nothing about your work.

What your next customer types.

The searches a buyer with a real job makes, in the towns we cover. We build pages and a Google profile to win them, then report where you stand every month.

The QS shortlists the firm they remember.Usually that is the firm whose last plant room they actually saw.

Questions we get asked.

Which tender portals does Mojo watch?

Find a Tender and Contracts Finder, the council, NHS and housing association portals in your area, the frameworks you are on, and the inbox where main contractor invitations land. He flags what fits your trades, contract values and travel distance.

Is LinkedIn really worth it for an M&E firm?

For commercial work, it is where the people who award it spend their time. A rebuilt profile and two or three posts a week from real projects keeps your name in front of PMs and QSs between tenders, which is when shortlists are decided.

Can project films go into tender submissions?

Yes, and they should. A short film of a comparable project answers the relevant experience question better than pages of text, and the panel remembers it.

Should our accreditations be on the website?

Yes. Constructionline, CHAS or SafeContractor, ISO certificates and trade bodies, each with a way to check it. Buyers look for them at selection, so put them where they are easy to find.
