I have never had a website. Is this hard for me?
No. You send us your photos, your prices and your opening hours, and we do the rest. We build your website free first, so you see it before you pay anything.
With WhatsApp replies on, what do you say to my customers?
What you would say. We learn your services, prices, hours and the way you talk, and book or answer in your name. Until you tell us to carry on without you, you approve every reply. When a question needs you, we say you will call back.
Do I need a new phone or SIM?
No. We set up a business number for WhatsApp and texts. Every conversation shows on your own phone, and you can step in whenever you like.
What does it cost?
Your website is £395 once, then £35 a month for hosting and care. Or pay nothing up front: £69 a month for 12 months, then £35. Add-ons are monthly and stop with 30 days’ notice. No VAT is charged.
What if I do not like it?
Then you owe nothing. We take the preview down and that is the end of it.
Is the website mine?
Once you have paid, yes, along with your web address. Until then the free preview stays ours, and it comes down if you do not go ahead.
Can I add WhatsApp, social media or Google later?
Yes, any month. Each one is a monthly add-on you can stop with 30 days’ notice, so start with the website and add the rest when the enquiries come in.
