What we collect
When you ask for a free Mojo Audit we take your name, your company, a phone number, and if you give them, an email address, your website and a few words about what is slipping. That is the lot. We do not use tracking cookies and we do not buy or sell lists.
Why we collect it
To do the audit and to talk to you about it. We look at how your firm is found online, how it answers people and how it is remembered, and we ring or message you with what we found. We do not contact you about anything else without asking first.
Where it lives
The form sends your request straight to our business inbox, and that is the only place it is kept. Nothing is stored on the website itself, and your internet address is used only for a moment to stop abuse of the form. We keep an audit request for up to twenty-four months, then delete it.
Who sees it
MOJO.ME and the services we need to run: our website host, our email provider and, when you ask for a reply by text, our messaging provider. Nobody else. We do not share it with advertisers and we do not sell it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@mojo-me.co.uk or reply to any message we send you, and it is done within a week.
Who we are
MOJO.ME, serving established firms across Surrey, London and the South East. Write to us at hello@mojo-me.co.uk. This page changes when our practice changes, and the date at the top moves with it.
