The landlord who needs an EICR by Friday books whoever answers first.
Landlord EICRs, rewires, consumer units, EV chargers, solar, fit-outs and maintenance contracts. Someone near you is searching for each of them today, and most will book the first firm that gives them a straight answer. Mojo makes sure that firm is yours. We work with established electrical contractors across Surrey, London and the South East.

Where the work slips away.
The landlord who emails at nine
Landlords and letting agents sort their EICRs after work. In England a private landlord needs a fresh report at least every five years, so that customer comes back, to whoever answered properly the first time.
Page four for the work that pays
"Electrician near me" is a scrum. The money is in searches like "EICR Guildford", "consumer unit replacement Woking" and "commercial electrician Surrey", and Google only shows you for them if you have a page for each.
The fit-out you heard about too late
Fit-outs, framework call-offs and main contractor packages go up on portals or land in an inbox nobody opens before eight. By the time someone notices, the return date has gone.
What we would switch on first.
In this order, for a firm like yours. Each one is scoped and priced in writing after the free audit.
- 1Never miss a leadEvery WhatsApp, web enquiry and missed call answered in 40 seconds. Photos of the board and the postcode are in hand before you ring back.
- 2Be foundA page for each job you want in each town you cover, and a Google Business Profile that shows a firm at work.
- 3A website that books the jobYour NICEIC or NAPIT registration, real jobs and real reviews near the top, and the survey booked without a phone call.
- 4Never miss a tenderFor the commercial side. Mojo checks every portal and inbox each morning, flags what fits and writes the first draft.
What your next customer types.
The searches a buyer with a real job makes, in the towns we cover. We build pages and a Google profile to win them, then report where you stand every month.

An EICR comes round every five years. So does the landlord.Look after them properly once and the next report is yours. Leave them waiting and it goes to whoever replied.
Questions we get asked.
Do you work with domestic or commercial electrical firms?
Both, and most firms do some of each. Domestic work is won on Google, WhatsApp and reviews. Commercial work is won on LinkedIn, the tender portals and main contractor inboxes. We start with whichever side you want more of.
Will customers see our NICEIC or NAPIT registration?
Yes, near the top of every page, linked to your entry on the scheme’s own register so anyone can check it. A careful customer looks for it first, so it does not belong in the footer.
Can Mojo price an EICR or a consumer unit change?
Where you have a standard price, yes: an EICR by bedrooms or circuits, say. He quotes it and books the visit. Anything that needs eyes on the job, he collects photos for and hands to you. He never makes up a price.
We are busy already. Why would we want more enquiries?
You probably don’t want more work. You want better work: bigger jobs, closer to the yard, from people who value it. Enough enquiries is what lets you choose.
